Life Extension CR Mimetic Longevity Formula, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I have fibromyalgia and Lyme disease and this really helps. It doesn't help with the pain but with the fatigue. Anything that gives me a break is well worth the money. I take only one a day though. If I take two, it is even harder for me to sleep. My doctor said it supported my adrenal system. I really don't know why it helps I only know it does and I try not to every run out.

I really like that this supplement combines a few things that I want to take into one product, and at research-validated doses. I take two in the morning, and it does help to reduce hunger. I take it primarily for the long-term benefits that are associated with calorie restriction, as opposed to appetite suppressing effects, but I think it's working on the former, as well as the latter, front.
