so far I really like the mat. It stays in place and offers a nice platform for workouts. It is not thick or soft, so if you are doing yoga or floor exercises (if you have bad knees), you may want to supplement with a standard yoga matt or cushions.

Exercise mats lay flat
After it is rolled out it only takes a couple of minutes for the edges to lay flat. Rolls up and stores nicely. Dense foam material provides nice cushioning without leaving footprints

Works under the excerise bike
Got the mat to protect my carpet. The mat arrives in a sack with a drawstring to close it. The plastic cord lock on that drawstring was broken when it arrived, but I didn't care about that enough to return the mat. The mat did have a slight sweet smell, a like Kirkland conditioner but a bit more industrial, that was barely noticeable. The smell went away after a few days of the mat being out. It catches my sweat and wipes up fine. -1 stars because of the broken cord lock.

Horrible chemical smell
The HFCs are strong with this one. Be aware the manufacturing smell is very strong
