Fast Act Lactose Intolerance Relief Caplets, 60 Count

This is an effective and very good product especially because the individual wrappers fit in to my purse or a pocket. You never know when someone will surprise you with cheese or a whipped cream cake. Now I'm prepared wherever I am.

I've used Lactaid for over 12 years and it works great, took two years for me to be diagnosed with lactose intolerance while I was in high school. I always had stomach/belly aches and it got to the point where people stopped believing me when I said my stomach hurt when I was in school, they thought I just wanted to go home, but that was all solved when I found out I was lactose intolerant after having a simple test done at the hospital. One easy way I was told you can find out if your lactose intolerant is don't eat or drink anything after 10pm at night, go to bed then the next morning drink a full glass of milk and wait 2-3 hours, if you have discomfort such as bloating, gas (burping, and later on air out the other end) stomach/belly aches, nausea and in sever cases vomiting, then you are most likely lactose intolerant. The Lactaid Fast Act are great, they are more potent that other generic brand and work better and faster than the regular lactaid, they come individually wrapped in paper/foil pouches, great for traveling. One thing they do not work well with is Milk or larger amounts of cream. To use lactaid capsules to drink milk I would always take a minimum of 4 since straight milk always gave me the biggest problem. BUT You can purchase Lactaid Milk, but is expensive, so what I've done is treated my own milk with lactase drops (the enzyme in lactaid but in liquid form) TREATING YOUR OWN MILK: I've always liked getting milk from a local farm in town, but couldn't do so for a while until I discovered the drops. I get the "LACTEEZE drops" you can order the 7ml bottle from [...] for about $12 per bottle, I usually put 15 drops in a half gallon of milk, wait a couple hours or overnight and it works GREAT! No need to take any lactaid if you treat your milk, I just always treat my milk right after I get home from the store. If you want to save money on the drops, order the bigger 15.5ml bottle directly from the manufacture which is in Canada. I have ordered from the manufacture twice now and they have been great, haven't had any issues and its delivered within a week. To order from the manufacture go to [...] and click Gelda E-shop, products, Gelda Pharmaceuticals and scroll down. They sell all the lacteeze products including the 7ml and 15.5ml bottles. Call them if you have any questions, they are very nice, and ordering through them is the cheapest, I get the 15.5ml bottles individually and usually order 2-3 at a time. I keep these on hands cuz I can’t break sugar down. These does it and keep the pain away. They help with bloating too. I do take 3-6 at a times. These break down the sugar in milk.

Yall, if you are like me and lactose destroys you, GET THESE. Take a bite then take 2 of these, almost never do I have issues after taking them, if I have dairy a little later, I take 2 more. Once in a while, something will slip past them and I end up with that horrible ache in the stomach, and all the other stuff that goes with it, but these really work 95% of the time.

Usato da moltissimi anni da mia suocera intollerante al lattosio. I primi anni lo acquistavo io quando mi recavo negli USA da noi reperibile solo sotto forma di gocce che si ossidavano con estrema facilità. Il prodotto è efficace per intolleranti (attenzione intolleranti l'allergia è tutt'altra cosa). Comodissimo al ristorante preso dopo un pasto neutralizza gli effetti indesiderati di chi è intollerante. Ottimo prodotto. Prezzo quasi lo stesso tradotto in euro dei supermercati Americani. Consigliatissimo a chi a problemi con il lattosio, ormai ovunque.

Saved my stomach so many times. It doesn’t last long but it’s the most fast acting one. If you have pain after or through a meal, take one and in minutes you’ll be fine

Pasó la prueba de fuego! Compré Lactaid después de que hace unos meses, una malteada de chocolate que estaba riquísima y espesa me cayó muy mal y pasé una tarde y madrugada fatales, con el estómago inflamado, gases y hasta un poco de diarrea. Apenas ayer volví a pedir la misma malteada, y me tomé una pastilla de Lactaid antes de empezar a tomarla, y no tuve ninguna reacción negativa; sólo la disfruté mucho. Así que recomiendo definitivamente Lactaid a quienes son intolerantes a la lactosa, para que puedan disfrutar helados, malteadas y otros productos lácteos sin tener que sufrir.
