We were very happy with the unit when it arrived. The sound was very clear and strong and the unit performed as it was described on the website. About 2-3 weeks we were having trouble with CD unit and it would not open to i sert CDs. After going through several troubleshooting tips from Milka with the vendors customer service/technical department it was determined the unit needed to be replaced. The new unit arrived in perfect condition just as the first one did. The replacement unit is performing perfectly and the vendors representstive, Milka has been very professional and courteous in the handling of our dilema. Kudos to them when we are in an era when customer service seems to take a backseat. I highly recommend this product and the vendor representative that handled our issue admirably.

I love this music player! I bought a bunch of old cassette tapes, CD's and have had vinyl records for years. I have not had a player that fit all these different music capabilities until now. I listen to cassettes daily, in addition to just having a radio for Christmas music. It is good looking as well as working well. Love the size for my living room. It operates constantly currently, to play the local Christmas music radio station!

My husband and I have researched these record players that have the capability of playing 78, 33, & 45 rpm records for a long while. We finally settled on this model and have been quite pleased with it. Because I had seen reviews stating that other shoppers had received models with cosmetic damages even though the shipping container had no sign of damages I went over ours very carefully when it arrived. It was in pristine condition. The sound quality is good, I am sure for a person with a fine tuned and well trained ear the sound would prove to be lacking. But for us it is quite good and clear. The only negative that I have is that the playing arm of the record player is rather delicate and I would have liked for it to be much more "beefy" Because of how delicate it is I have made the rule that my grandchildren will not use it, but, will request that either I or my husband put on and start up any records that they want to hear. This is a BIG disappointment for me because we stayed in a downtown Hilton Hotel in Nashville last year with some of the grandchildren and each room was equipped with a simple record player and a stack of 33 rpm records. It was a BIG hit with the children! I was surprised at how much enjoyment the children experienced from playing those old records! Of course at first they did not even know what the record player or records were. But after explanations & demonstrations they started to play record after record, both sides all the way through. When they had finished the stack that was in the room they took some to the lobby where they could exchange those for others! What a great idea and one of our grandsons actually opted to stay in the room to play records while the rest of us went swimming! So ORCC I would especially request that you consider beefing up that player arm & assembly!!! That fragile player arm is why I only gave it a 4!

I like how compact the unit is. It is also very nice looking. The sound is good and it is easy to set up.

The item looks terrific. It was packaged well. The radio and LP player both work great. I mainly bought it for the LP player and the looks. I have not tested USB, Bluetooth, or SD Flash yet. The CD drive does not work. When I put it on CD, it registers the 00 code. When I actually put a CD in, all I get is flashing --- It never returns to the 00 code. Will not play. This is a gift for my husband so I'm glad I tried it before his birthday. Is there something else I need to do for the CD player to work? Update: running a laser lens cleaning disc in the CD Player resolved my issue

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH BRANDLINE HAS BEEN VERY DISSAPOINTING.I'D GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I AM DISABLED AND OFTEN AT HOME SO MY HUSBAND AND SON GAVE ME A BLACK ORCC 10-1 RECORD PLAYER FOR CHRISTMAS BECAUSE I LOVE MY OLD VINYLS RECORDS, CD'S AND CASSETTES. FEDEX DELIVERED IT IN AN UNDAMAGED BOX BUT, UNFORTUNATELY, IT ARRIVED WITH MANUFACTURERS' DEFECTS, PAINTED OVER SCRATCHES, ON TOP OF THE TURNTABLE COVER. I NEVER GOT TO ENJOY IT. WE RETURNED IT TO AMAZON AND REORDERED A REPLACEMENT THROUGH THEM. NO PROBLEM. BUT BELIEVE IT OR NOT THE REPLACEMENT, SENT BY BRANDLINE, ARRIVED WITH MANUFACTURERS' DEFECTS AGAIN TOTHE TURNTABLE COVER. AND THE CD PLAYER DOESN'T PLAY EITHER. AMAZING!!! CLEARLY THERE IS A QUALITY CONTROL PROBLEM AT BRANDLINE. WE EMAILED THEM AND PROVIDED PICTURES. THEY'RE RESPONSE IS TO SEND A CLAIM TO FEDEX FOR DAMAGE ALTHOUGH THE PROBLEM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SHIPPING, OFFERED A LABEL THAT REQUIRES US TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE AND COMPENSATE US BY OFFERING $15.00 TOWARDS THE MANUFACTURES' DAMAGING DEFECTS IF WE KEEP THE DEFECTIVE UNIT. THIS WAS NOT AN INEXPENSIVE GIFT AND I DON'T LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING THE DEFECT EVERY DAY ON THE TURNTABLE COVER. SO THANKS BUT NO THANKS FOR THE $15.00 OFFER. WE'VE ASKED FOR A PREPAID RETURN LABEL AND A BLACK ORCC 10-2 RECORD PLAYER IN WONDERFUL CONDITION INSIDE AND OUT THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED AS A CHRISTMAS. BUT THREE STRIKES AND THEY'RE OUT. WILL REPOST WITH ANY UPDATES. UPDATE: WE PUT A STOP PAYMENT FOR THIS ITEM, DUE TO THE POOR QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT, ON OUR CREDIT CARD AND RECEIVED A TOTAL REFUND.

Great for the price and looks nicely made. Decent sound with also an option for seperate speakers.... Everything's working fine, although not had a, chance to try the cassette player yet... Wife likes it, I got it for her to play her vinyls. Also got a spare stylus with it.
