Spectacular book. Even for Arab origin public, it offers a rich array of recipes. Abundant of detailed ingredients and mis-en-place pictures, this book adds confidence and inspiration to our cooking experience.

This is a very good and approachable book full of healthy recipes that are relatively easy. We hosted a dinner party based on all recipes from this book and it was a hit.

One my my uncles was from Lebanon. He was a great cook and this book allows me to make the same meals I enjoyed so much.
