I’ve deducted one star for the taste, but it’s still a great supplement.

Really good give loads of energy. I can't swallow the plastic . So I open them and put them in a glass and stir ..

A must if you are fasting or training hardcore and taking regular saunas...

Bought while doing keto. After 20 mins I could taste salt at the back of my throat. Price point was ok and easy to swallow.

Did a 5 day fast, just water, coffee and 3 of these a day. No cramps or issues so did their job. Recommended
