These are the first speakon cables I have used. These cables are hefty. The ends clip into place with a twist and lock onto the fitting. They will not pull out without pulling the slide back and turning them, so there is a firm connection. My only complaint is that because of the cable diameter, they do not wind up as tight as some 1/4" speaker cables I have and so take up more room in my carrying case (I use a medium sized tool box to carry cables and other equipment), but that is a small concession, and I have not dropped my rating. These are good cables at a reasonable price and so far they have not let me down.

If you really need 12awg, buy a quality brand. If you just need decent heavy-ish gauge speaker cable, this’ll work.

Bad build, quality:Exposed conductors, and terminal set screws not tight now that being said cable quality is Good (if it was the right size.). It has a thick jacket that incases conductor wires, flexible and pretty confident it is oxygen free copper I bought the 30 ft speak on X speak on cable DO NOT BUY unless you’re looking for 16 gauge

I like them so far, we will see how well they hold up over time.

Seem like some pretty good cables. My first time using something like this as i am using this equipment for a home A/V setup. They go in twist and lock in nicely. They are a pretty dense cable yet still flexible. Looks way more clean than wiring that you use the binding posts on. Using this equipment from a Rockville RPA9 Amp to some Rockville SBG1158 Subs.

For 2- 30foot cables at this price, why are you even reading this? Seriously? They seem to be top quality cables. Nice speakon heads, soft flexible wire, 30 feet times 2. For cheap. I haven't got out a wire gauge to check if they are 12 gauge "american" but by eye inspection they seem pert-near close. Have used these for around 6 months now. Only used in-house, haven't had any road abuse, yet. So far they have been perfect. As in, a thing I don't even think about anymore. And for real, me not worrying about my "questionable"'handmade" cables is a rarity.

These wires were very hard to find around here and the short ones that were available were super overpriced. These wires work great and fair priced. Fast shipping.
