Brilliant value for money
I read reviews and some said the tray comes out too easily or the covering was coming off, but I've found if you ensure the tray is in firmly before you start, there is no problems. I always clean it straight away separately. I find if you turn things regularly, the food cooks evenly. I'm really happy, and so cheap for a nice elegant Air fryer that looks great as well as cooks great. No complaints so far

Very easy to set up
Really like the fact that it's digital and that it has different options of air fryer warmer, and reheat. So love my new purchased and the price is excellent as it is huge and can make a whole meal in it. So we'll worth the price

Good air fryer but user controls could be better.
This is a good air fryer and looks almost identical to one made by Tower (and possibly by other brands). The Tower version I saw had a greater heating power, which is not that important (although might result in less temperature control), and viewing windows on the two food drawers, which is good idea. At the lower sale price, this was a good choice. As others have pointed out, the instructions are not great and it take a few minutes to get used to the controls. There are buttons for selecting the type of food you want to cook. This sets a default temperature and time, which you will most likely need to edit, but the actual settings you need will only come from experience with the cooker as you use it. There is a moveable tray inside each food drawer, which are height adjustable. You will need to learn the best position for the tray. If it is low then food is lower down and may not get crispy or brown. If it is too high then food may burn. I recommend placing a liner of some sort in the drawer, to reduce the amount of cleaning required. Aluminium foil works well, or you can buy paper trays designed for the drawers (check measurements). Don't use baking or parchment paper because the fan will cause this to blow about and it can burn easily if it touches the heating element. One thing I don't like is that there is only one start/stop button and this works on both drawers at the same time. I would like to be able to control both independently so that I can check one drawer without stopping the othe drawer. The power cord is also very short, but similar to kettles and toasters. There are two hooks at the back to store the cable when not in use but they also keep a decent gap between the fryer and the wall, which is necessary because there are vents at the back that should not be blocked. The fryer will require a space of about two 4-slot toasters, so bear this in mind if your kitchen is a bit small. It is not restricted to being used solely in the kitchen though, so you can use it anywhere convenient with an accessible mains socket. There are no carry handles so it is a bit awkward to move around.

Great family air fryer
Seems complicated at firs but follow instructions and it’s easy and versatile.Cooks food great and is a lot cheaper tha using oven.Always shake baskets for best results and spray a little more oil on the food for crispy finish.I have seen the odd negative review and it proves people don’t read the instructions which are quite helpful

Dissapointing so far.
Had this air fryer for a week now. Must say I'm disappointed so far. Takes longer than advertised to cook food. Instead of adjusting times down as you do with most AF you have to adjust upwards on this one. Not great. Pre-set icons very small. Doesn't brown food very well unless you spray with oil, even on oven chips. Wish I had shown more patience and got a better known make when it finally came back into stock. Still I will give it more time till I have got used to it better. Then I will re visit my review. Now beginning of March. Still disappointed to be honest. Got used to it now, but the fryers performance leaves a bit to be desired. Still doesn't brown or crisp to a great degree. Need to pre heat most times. Need to add approx. 5 to 10 minutes to most cooking times. Some food does cook pretty well, but overall we are a bit underwhelmed. Would now give it 3.5 but no where near a 4 or 5 for us.Seems as if it doesn't reach a high enough temperature to finish off the job as far as browning or crisping is concerned. Now April and the coating is coming off one of the drawers now. Only ever used a micro fibre soft cloth to clean the drawer after soaking in warm water. So very disappointed with this product. Picture provided. Reduced my rating to 1 star. Simply not good enough.
