Picture quality was poor
I have a lot of network camera around the house and this one had the worst quality picture of them all to the point of being unusable. I tried all of the settings available to increase the quality but it did not help. I will credit Pasadena Networks in processing the return with few questions asked. They did say the unit was operating as designed .. but if this is the design I did not want any thing to do with this camera.

unreliable
sometimes works sometimes doesn't.Trouble with both Android and i-phone.Live is too short to figure this out and the manual is no help.

Was a great product
It, the blue tooth, quit working on third day. I had such high hopes and really touted the product with my board and students. Bah humbug.

excruciatingly difficult
This is for the Avtech 815 IP camera. the set up is anything but easy, the support is non existant and the documentation is either in Chinese or so technically deep it might have well have been in Chinese too. I bought this camera a few years ago and have been attempting to get it working on my new iPhone with no success. By comparison I recently purchased a Logitech Logi Circle that set up in a flash and works great. Buy the Logi and leave this one alone

Bugs courriels, ftp...
