I like these, but decided to try another brand to save some money. No-go...the seeds did not sprout well and it felt like we were eating gravel in our salads. Very off-putting. (I do the jar and screen method). So I came back to this brand. These sprout well and I have yet to hear a "crunch" when I am eating them. I am actually buying their larger 2.5 lb. bag so that I have plenty on hand. I use DAO for my HI and read that broccoli sprouted has a good amount of it so bonus.

Sprouts multiplied quickly and have great flavor. I had a luncheon over the weekend and everyone commented on how tasty they were. I will purchase again when these run out.

I enjoy gardening and healthy food, but I am recently into sprouts. My garden doesn't have much soil - sprouting doesn't need any soil. When I buy veggies in the store I question whether additives or pesticides were used - when I sprout my own seeds, I know it's clean. An elder acupuncture doctor once told me that if he were on a deserted island and could only have one thing to eat, he'd choose sprouts - the most nutritious food. This selection of seeds sprouted very well, sprouting is very easy, the taste is robustly fresh, and so much cheaper and fun to grow your own rather than buy. When I clean out the container after getting all the sprouts, I toss the rubbish seeds into a pot of soil - lo and behold, those grow too and it goes into my garden. How kewl is that!UPDATED: just a word of advice... now I know 🧐... I hadn’t finished using all the seeds & when I found the package (many months later) I tried to sprout them. Too late, too old in the bag. So my word of advice... use the seeds soon, enjoy the sprouts... no sense letting them spoil & go to waste. Still 5 stars ✨

I'm getting into evidence based (researched) nutrition and this is one good product, a powerhouse of nutrition.. I mix it with a lot of other whole grains in smoothies, so I can't comment on it's flavor, but I trust the research. I encourage you to do your own research about sprouts and nutrition. I am persuaded this is a really good product. I have learned that rinsing it thoroughly at least three times a day greatly improves sprouting and growth of the seedlings. When I wasn't diligent about this the seeds barely sprouted. (My bad.) But when I started rinsing carefully I have had great success.

Sprouted well, but too spicy - made two batches and couldn't eat either due to just tasting like numbing, burning radish/horseradish. Guess I had better stick to just alfalfa, no mixes.

Seeds sprouted faster than expected. Nice mix on a sandwich. The peppery radish seems to predominate. Because the seeds are all so small and the tiny sprouts make such a tight mass, the sprout-mass requires quite a bit of separating and several rinsings in bowls of water to get rid of the hulls. Didn't work to simply rinse and drain in the mason jar. Then I drained the de-hulled sprouts on paper towels, wrapped them in fresh paper towels and placed in zip lock in fridge. Stayed fresh and delicious for the several days it took to use them all. One should really start another batch every other day to keep the supply coming. When my husband takes his two Lundberg rice cakes filled with Gouda cheese and a generous handful of these yummy sprouts to work, he's a happy man and ignores the jokes about his lunch of Styrofoam and grass.

I've purchased sprouting seeds from several suppliers and these are my favorite so far. The germination rate is so high that I don't even bother separating out the unsprouted seeds.

Great product fast germination and with the proper storage in can keep in fridge up to 5 weeks and thats the longest i have had too..maybe longer
