I disliked the fact that I wasn’t easy to understand how to use it at first but once I got the hang of it, it was really easy to use. You have to add the oil in the little holes in the device for it to work.

Not sure what it does but mom wanted it and she liked it haha

Me enviaron un segundo producto porque el primero no funcionó y el segundo fue lo mismo para un reembolso que sea gratuito sin tanto protocolo debo moverme 30 minutos de mi casa bueno en fin no sirve no lo recomiendo

Fácil de usar

El producto no lo pude devolver ya que fue un regalo que iba para otro país. Y salió malo, no prende, no sé si es el cable o la máquina que no funciona. Triste por eso ya que tengo uno me salió en perfectas condiciones pero este no funciona

The electrical pulse is WAAAYYY too strong for the face even at the lowest setting that I could not even try it on my arm (and I have high tolerance for pain), I feel it will trigger a facial nerve abnormality. Returned it right away.

I am very disappointed in this product. Firstly, it does not match the instructions regarding which color does what. Secondly, it does not hold its charge. So basically useless...
