I haven't gotten time to get plywood and cut it out to fit a complete blackout of my window as I'm a nightshift worker... so until I have time, I decided to use aluminum foil as it's cheap, effective, and easy to work with. I didn't want to use regular tape, duct tape or masking tape cus over time they use residue and it's difficult to remove it... This stuff worked great to hold it up and when I pealed off some because my cat decided he wanted to look through the window and tore it up, it didn't leave any residue despite being baked in the sun every day for idk how long, weeks, maybe months

Only thing, had to order a big tape dispenser but no biggie

I like the blue much better than the yellow. Its quick to apply and easy to use.

Needed to color an indicating despicable jar blue to simulate indicating desiccant. Several wraps achieved the desired blue hue. It’s tape, it’s sticky, it’s very light blue. Don’t know anything about the heat part,
