It's working!
I went from 12 witnesses to 41 overnight! I started witnessing other beacons as well! I did change multiple things. My hotspot went from being in the attic to outside on a 10ft pole above my house, with this antenna on the end of the pole, with a 3ft included cable into a weatherproof enclosure that contains the helium hotspot. I will update this as I learn more.
