I was sceptical initially but thought why not. It actually does work and it does not need to be tight, just enough to support your jaw. I wear it underneath my jaw mostly and not on the chin as shown. Its very soft material too. I have to say it is for a small head though. I have to wear it fully extended, so they need different sizes but It works a treat. For sure you do look foolish at first but now I can put on in the dark! My wife and I both get a good night sleep. The other thing is that I only seem to wear it to nod off, if I wake during the night my wife is sleeping so sometimes I just take it off. Highly recommend.

Truly awful did not really work and it came with no instructions and now its too late for a return . A thin piece of foam that was over expensive. I can see other reviewers have said similar. I've bought s Kensington chin strap which is way way better.

I bought this to stop waking with a dry mouth through mouth breathing. Works OK and more comfortable than fabric versions, less itchy.Also because of two fastenings does'nt move around. For me the holes for the ears needed to be higher or larger. Fastenings are very secure.

Unfortunately, for me it did not work

I tried this as a last resort as the wife was getting fed up of my snoring. Having tried it in numerous orientations and guises, I can confirm that it does not do the job of keeping one's mouth closed.Given that material and construction, I'd say it is overpriced for what it is.

Having tried different chin straps over many years including expensive one's some with the dye running onto the pillow case this chinstrap is the most comfortable well made a brilliant price and I have no hesitation in recommending10/10

Better than others. It's quite comfortable. But the headline says it all. It didn't stop my snoring but it did help to keep the mouthpiece of my iNap machine in place.
