They work great
Used these to replace a longer set that my camper shell came with. Needed a slightly reduced lift height, shorter length strut, with a high weight capacity. These worked great and hopefully last a long time.

This works for an RV under bed storage.
They are the perfect strength to make it easy to open and close, yet will securely keep the lid+mattress open. The directions could be better with additional illustrations. The geometry is not obvious, so forming a mental picture of how it will work will be necessary to get them properly mounted.

THey do the job well.
I used these for the large bench lids on my deck. They work perfectly to assist in opening and closing, saving everyone's fingertips.

It works!
All you need to know 😂Anyway. Love it! Works great, opens so much wider than the stock one allows! To install it on my 2017 dodge grand caravan, I had to add 3 washers together behind the right braket on the bottom of the strut to lower it. So when I close it, it won't touch the bottom of the hood. About 6 mm. Sorry didn't measure. If you want to buy it for the same car. Telling you. Don't even try to do it on the right side (driver side). It works fine holding the hood alone. Do it on the passenger side. So much more space there! If needed. Do it like in the video. The hole was too big on the side bottom and I had to go to general store to find big enough washers and some bolts and lock nuts for them. I also used left on top and right bracket on bottom of the strut. Because the right one is better on the bottom. Allows the hood to be more open by going towards the back of the car a little bit. Don't know what else to add!
