12 1/2" 2 Track Continuous Cribbage Board W/Card Storage Maple Tracks on Bloodwood Corner & Games Won

Absolutely beautiful cribbage board and perfect for the way my wife and I play. The materials and design are outstanding. And having storage space inside for cards and pegs is terrific. We love that it’s a continuous 120 peg board for a full game (as opposed to 60 peg boards you have to go around twice) and has a place to track our first to seven game matches. I also like that the layout allows the corners to clearly represent skunks and double skunks. And the numbering every five pegs breaks up the runs for easy pegging. The velvet bag it comes with is a nice touch too. The only negative, and it’s a small one, is that the holes are 0.09” (~3/16”) not the usual 1/8” (0.125”) - that’s according to the House of Cribbage website which has more detail on specs than here on Amazon. Which means the aftermarket peg sets made for 1/8” holes you see here on Amazon will not fit. However, the metal pegs that come with it are nice. And if you look hard enough you can find 3/16” pegs in other shapes and colors. Bottom line: If you’re a cribbage player, you will really enjoy playing on this board. It just takes the whole game to a higher level. Expensive, but very classy… and worth every penny!

I love this cribbage board! Besides its beauty, it's so well crafted and just plain wonderful to play on. I searched around for the perfect board and believe I've found it!

The only problem with this board is there were no instructions for the game or the board.

The craftsmanship is amazing! Comes with a really nice cover that is ideal for travel.

Purchased June 2022. I love this board and I plan on making it a family heirloom. However, the maple has came up in two places on the board and I have since had to glue and clamp it. After fixing it, it is impossible to tell that I fixed it. The yellowish colored pigs eventually oxidized to where they were a very ugly blackish color. I have since researched how to electroplate them with 24 karat gold. They now look very beautiful. I think I plan to recast the pegs in 18 karat solid gold in the future. So that the goldplating will never wear off. At that point, I might as well recast the silver colored ones with 18 karat white gold. I also plan on goldplating the clasps and the hinges. We did not like the cloth storage bag, so we constructed a nice box for it (pictured). I truly want this board to be treasured by My descendent family members for many generations. I would’ve given it. Five stars had the maple not came up, and the yellow color pegs had not oxidized so poorly.

A beautiful cribbage Board.

I purchased this very attractive cribbage board last month for my wife, as she is an avid cribbage player. It was fine for the first few weeks, but than the inlayed wood began to separate from the wooden box. Seems like someone forgot to glue the pieces together. I’ve tried to reach out to House of Cribbage but they have not responded. I would avoid purchasing this cribbage board because the workmanship in assembly is sub par.

This board is much nicer than the photo suggests. The ivory-color material is recessed into the surrounding wood, and also raised from it, giving the board a sculptural look. The material is harder than wood which wears much better than a mere hole in wood. The price reflects the additional quality and inlay. Highly recommended.
