Review: Practically perfect in every way. - All you have to do is open the box - it’s fully assembled and good to go! This was a very pleasant surprise and I’m thrilled with the purchase. It looks and feels like a high quality item. Nice design and tactile experience. It looks so good it’s a shame that it spends its time under a desk. It feels stable and safe. I didn’t realize the foot massaging lump was actually a ball that rolls around in the socket, I don’t know how I ever lived without one of those under my desk. I’ve used this for standing work and for rocking my feet up and down when I’m sitting. It helps with my work tension and anxiety. (Personally, I’d prefer a few more degrees of curvature.) I think my legs feel less tired at the end of a day and I know I’m moving more, which makes me feel a little better about my sedentary desk job. At first, the board made a fair amount of noise and I was concerned it would disturb coworkers but after a few minutes of use it became silent and has remained that way.

All you have to do is open the box - it’s fully assembled and good to go! This was a very pleasant surprise and I’m thrilled with the purchase. It looks and feels like a high quality item. Nice design and tactile experience. It looks so good it’s a shame that it spends its time under a desk. It feels stable and safe. I didn’t realize the foot massaging lump was actually a ball that rolls around in the socket, I don’t know how I ever lived without one of those under my desk. I’ve used this for standing work and for rocking my feet up and down when I’m sitting. It helps with my work tension and anxiety. (Personally, I’d prefer a few more degrees of curvature.) I think my legs feel less tired at the end of a day and I know I’m moving more, which makes me feel a little better about my sedentary desk job. I really love this. It it out of the box ready to use. I have been using this in my home office and it really helps me stand more while working. It is cushioned and doesn't hurt the bottoms of my feet or legs for standing for long periods of time. I can stand all day and be comfortable. I just bought a second one to bring into my workplace. I have a standing mat at work and it is large, takes up a lot of space and is not nearly as comfortable as this balance board. I think what makes this balance board so comfortable is your feet have limited contact to the floor. I like being able to rock from side to side, or just stand still. I like the texture as it sort of massages my feet. Its also small and compact and I can just tuck it in between my desk and file cabinet when not in use. Just one thing to note, if you are wearing socks and stand on the edges, it is easy to slip off when rocking. so just be mindful of that.
