HouYeen 300ML Oil Catch Breather Can Universal Aluminum Reservoir Tank 2 Port Hose with Filter Set Black

The quality of the actual unit feels great, although the 2x M3 screws that hold the catchcan to the alloy bracket seem like they may not be up to the job, I used some threadlocker on them just to be sure. The supplied screws and nuts didnt look very good either so I opened up the holes to allow me to use bigger bolts with integrated washers to mount it to the car.The hoseclamps included are terrible and shred while tightening them, the hose included isn't the best of quality but was atleast more than long enough to locate the catchcan anywhere I could have wanted near the top of the engine bay.The can even has a small dipstick that can be removed to check the oil level inside the can.Included were various hose barbs for different hose sizes and a small roll of Teflon tape for sealing the threads.TLDR: Good quality base unit, use different hose clamps and hose if you can, maybe add thread locker to the m3 bolts holding the bracket on and use bigger bolts (drill out the bracket) with washers to mount to your car.

Fitted this to my classic Triumph motorcycle. So much nicer than having oily breather tubes dripping oil from the bottom of the bike. The tubing as supplied is too soft, so replaced with braided pvc tubing. Good assortment of fitting sizes and options. Very nicely made and finished.

Oil catch can does what it says on the tin the hoses supplied are poor but nothing that cannot be fixed buy buying getter quality hoses ... get what you pay for I suppose but either way works great and good quality component
