I've used and given this TRANS4ORM supplement a chance for many months. It has helped to give me a good energy boost to exercise more. It has also helped to uplift the overall mood. The quality of the ingredients has been consistent and good. Just keep in mind that this contains a lot of caffeine from coffee bean and green tea extract, so drink lots of water with this and don't take it late afternoon or evening or it will be hard to fall asleep..It hasn't really suppressed my appetite taken by itself, so don't think of it as a miracle weight loss supplement. However, I can exercise longer and more frequently. This supplement also helps to increase metabolism by increased heartrate and sweating more during exercise. The high amount of caffeine does make me feel a bit anxious/edgy as if I were drinking a lot of coffee. So, I always take it with a full glass of water and start exercising soon after taking it to reduce those side effects. Also, the capsule is artificially colored black and blue. So, a clear capsule would be nice.

This product works wonders. It has given me more energy from the first day of taking it. I have taken a high cost thermogenic from a supplement shop for months and lost 30 pounds and gained so much energy. Well, my supplement store closed. So here I am trying this product. It was the same as taking the high dollar stuff. I would define recommend if you are looking to lose weight and gain energy.

I bought this product as an alternative to the one I usually buy since it was out of stock. Going by the recommended does the first day I noticed it has a stronger thermogenic than my normal product. I decided to reduce to a single pill per dose. This did not help. My blood pressure which is very normal shot up to 162/85 and everything I ate, down to a piece of candy, made me have to use the bathroom. The third day I tool 1 pill for the entire day and I had the same side effects. I happened to be going to the doctor the same day and my blood pressure was still high and my urine had traces of blood in it. I waited about a month to try it again thinking perhaps there was just something else going on and nope, same issues and I had visible blood in my urine. The blood wasn't there the entire month without the product and the day after the product I have blood. So... this product gets a 1 and would give it a 0 if I could since I have never had these issues with any thermogenic I've taken.
