The ones I got were in tall canisters that you shake. These look like the same powder but in low containers. Sorry I can't help you.

How do i open it? it says push with an arrow but it won't budge. am i doing something wrong?

Why is the container only half filled? I just received a bottle, my second. I cut open to pour into a glass jar and noticed its only half filled

I use the powder all over in areas like the back of my neck, under the breast area really don’t limit it’s use to specific areas. It is very smooth and the fragrance is not overwhelming.
