Can I run a subwoofer off this one

Don't understand the question. This is a subwoofer. If you mean can you connect it to another, I don't think so, but that's a question for the vendor.

If you connect with RCA cable, is wi-fi connection necessary?

It isn't connected that way. It uses an RCA to 3.5mm cable to connect the subwoofer to the main speakers. After that, if your main speakers are multi-hookup type, then you can attach your playing device to your main speakers. Keep in mind, the subwoofer is only a sub, it has to slave off the master speakers. Wi-Fi only involves your player device and main speakers.

Will this work with a bose soundbar?

It depends on what kind of Bose sound bar you have. If it’s a newer genre Bose it will not work with it. Look on the Bose website to see subwoofer capabilities.

can i use this sub for karaoke amplifier that can also play music
