Great quality reel but customer service was lacking a bit on shipping. 5 stars for the reel and 3 for customer service.

Best real for the money. Other brands have been copying this design for years. Excellent machining, fit, and finish. More affordable than Hatch, lighter, better drag, and takes more of a beating. Super high quality reel while maintaining a very utilitarian feel to it. Won't feel as reluctant to abuse this reel as you might with Abel, Hatch...

Great product! I use this reel strictly in saltwater, Snook, Redfish, Tarpon etc. Stands up to them all. Highly recommended!

Best reel i have! I have 200m dacspun backing and a 9wt line on it and have room for more line.And the reel have a really good brake you will get the fish safe and sound to your net

I have this reel, bought from a local fly shop...it's remarkable. Last year while wade fishing in Sanibel island I caught a small snook while wading in chest deep water.. I brought the fish in to shallower water to unhook, but while unhooking I managed to dunk my 400$ galvin...this turned out to be a non issue...all I had to do was remove a single screw and nut and spray aggressively with fresh water...the reel stil works like newA year later...
