It’s helped my blood sugar and lowered blood pressure simply by getting me more active physically. I find that if you put in the work, this product can be very effective in muscle recovery as I tore two muscles two years ago. Wast of money, I felt I would give a try I am extremely healthy and always on prep, so with this product added nothing at all changed. Again I am a all natural IFBB Pro, super clean eating 24/7 I already exceeded all product requirements...but nothing good happened...and I can tell a change in my body within 3 days, I do zero sugar, sodium, managed fats, protein and carbs...
