I think I liked my original better
It's yeast! Hadn't used this strain before. Brewed a grodziskie with it trying to be more faithful to the style. I think I liked my original better, which was brewed with WB-06 wheat yeast, but not sure if that's the fault of the yeast or the brewer. It was also my first time brewing a triple batch, and it's very possible that I screwed something up. 2/3 gallons were drinkable, but 1 batch was way too sour.
