Baby Gold Electric Potato Peeler

This works great and I love it. Salad spinner that comes with it is also fantastic. In fact, I rid myself of my other two hand crank spinners for this. This appliance spins faster than any hand crank device and does everything it claims. Not suitable for large potatoes but medium or smaller are fine. I also tried carrots in it and it worked good, you need to cut the carrots into shorter pieces. Don't forget to add the water it helps with the process. I use it so much it is kept out on my kitchen counter all the time.

I bought it for the salad spinner. I was able to get it to work only one time. I was in the hospital and the window to return it expired. One person said it is now made in China.

I love this peeler and use it frequently! This is the only peeler I have found that will peel several potatoes at a time with the push of a button. Don't buy other peelers you will waste our money.I love mashed potatoes but I hate peeling them. I went to Sams Club and bought a large 5lb bag of their Dynamic Duo baby creamer potatoes placed about 16 of them into the peeler along with the water and voila in about 90 seconds peeled potatoes ready for boiling. My husband says they are the best mashed potatoes I have ever made.

The ads should have given more info on what the machine can and cannot do. According to the instructions that come with it it is very limited in what in can do and only for very small thin skinned potatoes. It is not worth the price.

Very poor. Even with expensive small round potatoes it does a poor job.I want to return it but have no idea how to do that.Amazon should warn purchasers that this machine just does not work.

This thing is awesome! It can peel a 5lb bag of potatoes in under 10 minutes! Plus the salad spinner was an added bonus! Never again will I peel potatoes by hand.I’ve used this on small reds, large Yukon Golds, and white potatoes. It will peel all size potatoes but I’d there are a lot of indentations, those spots will not be skinless. I’ve already cut large potatoes in half as well. As long as you have one layer of potatoes it will work.

This is a unit that is not really effective it will scan the potatoes but then it plugged up and you got to clean it or you can do it the rest of the way
