Klein Tools 98002BT Klein Bottle Opener, Made in USA

I like it hangs next to my screwdriver sets by the same manufacturer, it’s handy in my shop after a long day of work, well made, easy grip for my aging hands. The second I’ve purchased, I love it, cool shop tool.

I had to laugh at the description stating that it was "thoroughly tested by professionals" 😂 if you need a heavy duty bottle opener, this is the one. I just happen to love Klein tools and this opener feels just like a Klein screwdriver. I'm sure it will last a long time.

I saw this in the office of a friend of mine who owns a bar. I immediately oredered one. There's something super enjoyable about the simple, industrial neatness of this bottle opener. The screwdriver-style handle is weighty and satisfying to hold and as a whole, the tool is well-made and stylish. I don't know how much more I can wax poetic about a bottle opener but I am really happy with my purchase and think this would make a great gift for the beer-lover in your life.

I got my first set of Klein's in '84 when I was a first day young pup @GE Industrial Services. I STILL have ALL of those Klein hand tools TO this day, BTW. Lifetime guarantee, you know?I have worn out a couple of openers along the way when the nonworking part of the day commences. :)This opener is awesome, commercial grade stainless, everything, just like my 1984 T2 Philips head with the yellow body. Tip is still not worn out. :)

Made in USA, feels nice in the hand and opens bottles with ease.

i purchased some of these via the newly-created amazon giveaways promotional tool. we ran the promotion on our bar's facebook page, and managed to give away three of them through the promotion. one of the winners brought his bottle opener into the bar, and i tested it out myself. the bottle opener is a great novelty, and works very well for its intended purpose. also, being a klein tool, i'm not afraid that it will ever fail or break.bottom line. great tool to have on hand at the end of the day. will probably last far longer than i'd ever need it to. its cost makes it easy to invest in multiple. and the novelty of the item makes it a great candidate for an amazon giveaway. good buy all around!

I'm a big fan of Klein tools so when I saw this I had to have it.I am satisfied with my purchase overall, but what I must mention is that the handle is not as big as their screwdriver handles and in fact, the construction is a little different. I kind of expected this to have the same quality as other Klein tools and while it does seem to be made very well, isn't exactly at home next to a set of screwdrivers.As I said before the handle is smaller so it's not quite to scale, and the rubber grip is a tad different. I still really like this bottle opener, but it seems to be more of a novelty than a serious attempt to make a bottle opener a real tool. Maybe my expectations were just a bit too high. I still would recommend this bottle opener, but just make sure you have reasonable expectations for it.

First it’s made in America second it’s Klein tools and third people comment and ask about it all the time. It’s fun it’s functional it’s quality made. I know they have sold several after friends have seen and used mine… it’s just and opener but it more!
