This is exactly what I was looking for . I live in a town home that has a small kitchen . As you can see in the photo it is perfect for the spot I have it in . Very sturdy drying mat haven’t had to wash it yet since I just received it, so I don’t know exactly how it will do in the wash but I will definitely wash it on gentle and hang dry it . Perfect size for the area I have it in . Exactly what I was looking for and thank you Amazon .

These mats are generously sized. Slightly larger than my last mat, so I have room for a few extra items on the side, which I like. I recommend that you measure where you're going to put the mat so you get the right size, they make several. The terry cloth cover seems absorbent. The backing is a mesh to allow for evaporation. The three of these were about the cost of the last one I purchased, which is great. My theory this time is that I'm going to alternate so I can toss these in the wash. We'll see how they hold up. They are not quilted or tacked through the center, so we'll see if the foam interior tears at all when washed. My last one kept mildewing, so I'll report back in a couple of weeks to see how this one does. I think it might do better because these don't have the rubberized backing. I think the rubberized backing seems appropriate for adding a non-slip feature, but holds more moisture in. I have the first mat "in service" with my large IKEA draining rack on top, and it's staying in place nicely. I'll update as needed in a few weeks to report back on durability and mildew resistance. These seem fine. They were delivered on time. Unfortunately, I ordered the orange, but didn't realize it wasn't the orange I wanted. However, they work fine and are reasonably priced.

I bought one of these for myself and one as a gift for my daughter. I used mine first and immediately fell in love! This mat is amazing! Its absorbent (for those puddles under the dish drainer) and so easy to clean (it goes right in the washer). I actually hesitated on giving it to my daughter thinking that I could have an extra pair! In the end, I did give it to her and she loved it! Highly recommend it!

I'm giving this an easy 5 stars. We got two of them, and they work perfectly. We are using them as drying mats for our pots, pans, and toddler's items, and they never have any problem keeping the water off the counter. I suppose if I were to pour a cup of water on them, they might not hold it, but that's not really our intended use. As far as we're concerned, they look nice, they have held up well, and they do exactly what they were advertised to do: catch a little bit of excess water from items we don't put in our dishwasher.

We like the size of these. They don't take up a lot of counter space and fit neatly beside the sink. They are reversable (the photos show both sides), and both sides work with my color scheme. I also use them in the cabinets to place glassware on.

I was tempted to go with another product with more reviews, but it was more expensive and not as big as I'd like it to be. These drying mats are great! No funny smells. Great in the wash. Plenty big enough for lots of dishes to dry. I love that it comes with 2 mats so I always have an extra between washes. I wish I would've bought these so much sooner. These mats are so much more appealing to look at than a dish rack. Update 11/25/16 I've only had these for 4 months and they are now super lumpy. I need to get new ones. I do use them a lot but I think 4 months is definitely not a long enough time to merit this purchase.

It's super absorbent, true to color, and exactly what we needed for our teeny tiny counter space. We desperately needed a drying rack because I hate washing dishes, but I hate drying dishes more, so I'd just leave them on the counter and it drove my boyfriend crazy! But our drying rack didn't come with a mat, so we got one of these and couldn't be happier! Didn't need two, but it was a great price and we figured we could swap one out if it got nasty, wash it, and put the other one underneath until it was time to repeat that cycle. This little mat catches every drop of water without leaking through to the other side. Very impressed!
