During the summer we started walking to our local park and found ourselves needing something that will allow passing vehicles to know we are there. These were perfect for us. We each have been wearing one on our wrist with a bit of adjustment. They reflect very well and are very noticeable at night. They are well made and seem like they will last a long time.

These are 14" strips with 2" of velcro to overlap. Slightly stretchy, but noticeably tight at only an inch of stretch, and the attachment is so limited that the effective range is very small: minimum 11" (below which it is loose), maximum 13". I suppose you could pin them on, but that not the point. There's just no cleverness to their attachment to accomodate a range of sizes. My kids had freebie safety strips for Halloween years ago that were more adaptable than these.I'm no Hulk Hogan, just an adult male, and my upper arm is about 15". No luck. It would stay on my forearm if I didn't move. Unless you have an arm in the magic range, look elsewhere.I double-checked and they don't actually specify the size, other than general terms like "small" and "simple." I guess that's accurate on both counts! Just too much so, on both counts.

I wanted to try these arm bands when I ride my bike but unfortunately the reflectivity isn't that bright. Not as useful as I'd expected.
