If you absolutely have to have a shampoo that has a thick lather and all the suds, then you won't like this shampoo. It does not lather up and get sudsy. But it cleans VERY well. If you have dry hair and your hair tangles with regular shampoo, then you will love this shampoo. It makes your hair feel very good after washing. Of course if you have very dry hair, you will also want to use a conditioner afterwards. I do not use the Deva Curl conditioner because I need a more Super hydrating conditioner. But this is the best no suds, hydrating, super cleansing, very best shampoo I have used for my hair where it does not tangle afterwards and it is not dry afterwards.
