Love love love this. I charge if after every 5 gallons of water and never had an issue. It is loud, but it doesn’t bother me. I fill up my 32oz bottle in the morning and during lunch and I’m good to go.So glad I paid for this vs $100+ for a dispenser!

Ordered this for my desk at work. Super easy to install on bottle no leaks. Would order this again.

The only complaint I have is that I have a little problem with charging as there is a short some where be it the cord or the port I don't know but other then that it's wonderful and works great

This went insane. At first it was exciting to have an auto pump. I have MS, so I didn't want a manual pump. Within hours of using this pump began to run non-stop. It flooded my table and floor. Thankfully my kids were home to help clean the mess up. I am disabled, using a wheelchair. It's a bad product and I would never buy again. I purchased another one from a different company and returned this.

Worked fine until the battery died and then it would not charge. Unfortunately this was just after the return date

Easy to use battery time last a month and a half.

Wont even charge and wont allow me to return it.
