Utopia Alley Roman Round Clock, Distressed Finish, Metal, Antique White

I absolutely love this clock! Ive had it about 6 months and I spent endless hours searching tirelessly for the perfect item to be the visual anchor for the wall behind my sofa. I looked at mirrors, decorative pieces, and other clocks until I finally found this one. It's super light so I'm not concerned that it will fall off easily and was very easy to install. The rustic whitewash finish looks great and is not at all cheesy like some of the fake finishes you find in cheaply made products. The only con is that the hands are quite light and mine arrived bent outwards ever-so-slightly so I just gently bent it back and it's been fine ever since. It keeps time well but I use it for more decorative purposes than actual timekeeping so I don't know if it's exact to the minute but it's certainly close. I get tons of compliments on it! I had a hard time figuring out how big it would be so I cut the measurements out of a piece if cardboard and used that as a placeholder on the wall before purchasing it to make sure the scale was right for the spot and for all the other elements I hung around it. I would have loved it even larger but for this price it's definitely a great value for a beautiful farmhouse style clock.

30 Inch - Awesome clock. After shopping many, many hours on line for a large wall clock I came across this one. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to purchase it. I am so pleased. It was packaged with great care. The delivery was EXTREMELY fast - two days !!! The color is slightly darker than pictured - more of a dark brown - less red, which works better for me - very stylish. It's not too heavy but well made. I can barely hear the ticking - the room has to be very quiet. I've only had it for a few hours but so far it's keeping good time. I was going to add a picture but the room that I plan to hang it in is currently under construction....perhaps I can add a picture at a future date. I think this clock is an awesome buy - I highly recommend it.

Beautiful clock but the bolt holding the hands on the face just fell off!Totally unacceptable for the price paid.Very disappointed.

Perfect size. Keeps good time. Functional as well as artistic and very reasonably priced. Very happy with my purchase.

Clock was the right size and style for my big wall. First problem was that it was missing a number (two X, no IX). I was willing to let that go. After about a year and a half or so, it just stopped working. I've replaced the battery, and it will start again for an hour or two, and stop. Very unfortunate, for over $100, the clock should last more than two years.

Wanted something that wouldn't take up so much "eye" space but would still do the job. Settled on this even though I don't like roman numerals. To alleviate some of the busy-ness of all those straight lines I knew I would be painting the base the hands are mounted on and those four bars at 12, 3, 6 and 9 the same color as the wall so that they'd "disappear." Glad I did. Necessary improvement if you ask me. Noted, too, the curious way it seems to lose and catch up to Time. Gave it four stars for that reason alone.8-14-17: I have also painted the inner and outer rings supporting the numerals, so that they, too, disappear. The numerals now POP and all busyness is eliminated. Looks 100% better.

Absolutely beautiful! Much nicer than expected. This is an item that was returned to Amazon. After 2 hours of being up, I know why - it doesn't keep time accurately. I will look into replacing the timing mechanism.Update, the hour and minute hand were rubbing. I straighten the hands and it now keeps great time. I could not be more pleased!

I love the quality and look of the clock itself but the hands are incredibly flimsy for the price .Four times now within a matter of owning this for maybe 5 days I have had to adjust the time because the hands either got caught on one another or just stopped moving . May have to return it .
