We live in Alaska. Our stores have, particularly since the Covid pandemic began, a tendency to run out of certain essential items, such as lime or lemon juice. I started doing some research on powdered things such as milk, cream, eggs, and so forth, as these are things we tend to run out of at the store. Judee's is a company that does a great many dehydrated/powdered foods, and I now purchase their cream, whole milk, lime juice and cornstarch - all of these are powdered and very tasty. The best part is that not only do they taste GREAt, they are cost-effective and they last a long, long time. Judee's is a win-win for Alaskans!

Or just plain can’t what I need in a hurry. Easy to prepare, decent size package. Great for when you need it but don’t want to go out. Taste is better than expected

It's not instant like drink flavors. You would want to give it time to dissolve.. Glass jars with lids and a good shake a few times might be best.

I appreciate the convenience of having lime juice for margarita mix (homemade). Very nice for other recipes as well.

Would only recommend this if you have a blender. Even then it doesn't blend the best. There's definitely better products. Also not very flavorful and watery

Clumpy, hard to mix and seriously lacking in that robust orange juice flavor. This product is a was a serious disappointment. I was hoping I had found an alternative to the high sugar O.J. on the market shelves, this is not it.

I have a lung condition and have to drink lots of lemon water to help bring up the mucous in my lungs so although I bought this for baking I have started using it in my bottled water and it works. I Use 3 tsp in hot water and mix it in with a bottle of water and I drink this mix adding it to every bottle of water I drink and believe me I cough up that mucous much easier. I don’t add sugar. I drink it sour. It really has helped me.

Wasn’t very good wouldn’t buy again

Being a guy who consumes a pineapple a week, I knew this would be lacking any fresh fruit taste before I purchased. However I never dreamed a company could make a pineapple powder that is absent of pineapple taste. I expected at least a marginal hint of flavour. 6 heaping tablespoons in 6 oz of water produced a brownish almost flavourless drink. Very disappointing for traveling, or anything. I would never buy again. I would give a zero star rating but that option is not available.
