Purchased this chair for my elderly mom. Great quality and was easy to assemble. Very comfortable and mom loves the massage function. This is a great alternative to the very pricey furniture store lift chairs.

We were worried about buying this without being able to test it first. And given the price, we’re not sure on its quality or comfort. However, my mom was going to need a lift chair after surgery, and we needed it asap and last minute.Well, we couldn’t be more pleased! It is a very comfortable chair. Furthermore, at least so far, it seems durable and reliable. It works perfectly. Both my mom and step dad really like it. I have sat in it, and find it very comfortable, and that’s saying a lot with my bad lower back.

I bought this chair and assembled it for my disabled father here is my/his review.The chair has a nice easy to put together design but it feels a little less stable than other lift massage chairs I have owned in the past. The overall comfort is good however the seat is a bit smaller but still plenty big for an average-sized person and maybe a small dog. The massage feature is a bit weak so if that is an important feature for you I would consider a different chair. The cupholders and pockets are nice and the USB port is also a useful addition. The lift feature works well but it has already started to make a loud noise at one point in the chair's process, the leaning back is comfortable and feels stable enough to fall asleep on.I will try to keep this review updated every 3-6 months.UPDATE 15 months inThe chair has remained sturdy and hasn't had any more issues other than the weird sound when it moves up and down at a certain spot. seems like it has decent build quality.

My son and grandson put this chair together in less than an hour. It looks like a very expensive piece of furniture, but for the money it wasn’t that expensive. It is very comfortable, in fact this is my new bed. I have slept two hours more at night because it is so comfortable. If you have a problem getting out of a regular recliner, this chair is your answer.

I purchased this chair for my aging mother who had a stroke that left her disabled on one side of her body. It seemed like a great purchase at the time. Well, please read all the reviews not just for this brand but ALL! This chair lasted 15 mos and she did not sit in it everyday. My mother has twenty-hour care so this was a great help when it operated. Shame on these companies that are taking our money during a stressful time for both our family members and their caregivers. Something needs to be done about refunds for these products.

This chair came in two boxes and very easily assembled, my granddaughter (15) put it together by herself. The chair is a perfect size and does the job keeping legs and feet up. The comfort level is perfect! The chair is exactly like the description. I did purchase the warranty just in case but so far not needed. I definitely recommend this seller and chair.

This chair, for the price, exceeded my expectations. It came well packaged with very detailed instructions for assembly. It has worked flawlessly for the past year. Perfect for an aging family member.
