I love this water I always buy 4 or more.

The bottle needs to be reevaluate. The cap is difficult to get off when the bottle is cold.

The water is good but the Kanas ridiculously hard to open. I have to have my very large male neighbor do it for me. I have tried eight types of water and this one by far is the most difficult.

I purchased This water before many times at the local store and a couple of times on Amazon so I am used to the great taste that this water has. I know some people don't really notice the difference in the taste of their water, but when you have had good water then you will.I started buying it on Amazon because my store stopped selling it. I purchased it once from Amazon and it was fine, but the second order of about $100 worth, well it was not the same. Almost all of the caps are not sealed properly and the safety ring just comes off without breaking, but the worst part is that the water taste like it is straight out of a faucet/ tap. It does not even taste like bottled water because it tastes strongly of chlorine, which is used at water plants to disinfect it before it comes to your tap. That is a tell tell sign it is tap water. I don't know if they changed their source or what happened, but this is not the water I used to buy. It is enough to make me want to vomit. Waste of money all going down the drain and I CAN NOT EVEN GET A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

The water isn't the issueIt tastes fine, I suppose. What's left of it once you get the bottle open. The seals are so tight it cannot be opened without a lot of torque.
