This works for carrying around casually and for protecting something in storage. I was able to have it as carry-on luggage as an “instrument”.The catches work well but the case flexes around the carry handle causing a tiny gap between the halves, near the handle, that pops back into place when you put the box down. Which I had to do often as the NS7III (without the screen) fits in the box, the total weight being 18Kg. I carry the screen in my backpack in its own case.I would not expect this box to survive as check-in luggage. It is not really a “flight case”.

Handles broke on the second use. Yes it very light but poorly made. It will not protect your controller. DO NOT BUY!
