I have been dealing with build-up that has become constant and more like seborrheic dermatitis that will turn into sores if I try to exfoliate it off my scalp. I had tried "calm scalp" and it helped, but it was more treatment than preventative and had a strong vinegar scent that took a bit to dissipate.In addition to that, it was feeling impossible to condition my hair in a way if felt smooth and didn't tangle when I moved. I have straight, THICK, hair down past my waist (top of butt crack really) and I was afraid something was changing that was gonna lead to having to cut my hair or even hair loss (family history of alopecia).Doctor said allergies, changed my shampoo and conditioners to their recommended and no changes. Spent a lot of time exfoliating my scalp, carefully washing and drying my hair, not using anything that potentially added to my scalp. But a day or two and my scalp was a wreck again.We have HARD water. Everything in our shower is coated in white from the lime. We haven't been able to add a filter due to the type of plumbing currently installed and it wasn't my first thought about my scalp and hair until my aunt pointed out the difference in her hair/skin when she washed it in hard VS soft water.ONE USE AND IT WAS MAGICAL. My scalp was so clear. No build up, no crumblies, no flakes, no sores, no itching. And it smelt wonderful. The rosemary and mint were refreshing, small vinegar hint but does not bother me at all. AND MY HAIR WAS REVIVED! Smooth, shiny, tame, no rough patches, and I didn't use any other shampoo or conditioner in that wash. I managed to get about two and a half rinses from the bottle and I may have used more than needed in the first one. I am subscribing to this and only this because of the magic it provided me and saved my scalp and hair.

After using this product, my scalp feels so squeaky clean!I have oily skin & scalp, so I have to do weekly scalp cleansing… I’ve always use a ACV and tea/rosemary oil scalp rinse.. my usual item I normally buy at Marshall’s was out of stock so I bought this in the meantime.However what threw me off about this product is the fact that it feels like a thick gel when you put on your scalp… and you have to massage it in for 3-5 minutes... it suds up like thick shaving cream… after you rinse it off- you have squeaky clean scalp!My old ACV rinse was more liquid when applied so I was not expecting a thick product.Would i recommend this? YES!Would I buy again? YES!

I have only used the scalp scrub 1 time. I have used the serum a couple of times. The smell is amazing. It is very calming to me. The reason I did not give this 5 stars is that the packaging for the scalp scrub needs to be changed. It is either a packaging flaw or a bad item. The scrub does not come out of the tub easily. The first time I used it, I had to fight to get some out. The second time, I could not get any out and I manhandled that tube. It would be better in a pump or a pot of some kind. The charcoal also clogged the spout and had to be cleaned out. Please rethink the packaging on the scalp scrub. I think I would like the product if it came out easier.

Don't know if it helped with anything at all reagrfung my scalp ( i was inconsistent and wasn't paying attention) but the sensation and feeling is great whenever I massaged my scalp with it and it hydrates my roots very well.

This product was super moisturizing on my hair and left my scalp feeling soft and flakey free! It was not expensive and easy to apply! Highly recommend if you have a dry scalp!

This works amazing! I had some oily buildup on my scalp, and after one use, the build up is gone and my hair is soft and so clean. I used to buy R & CO’s apple cider vinegar rinse, and that works great too but it’s double the price! This is my new go-to. Can’t beat the price!

I know that this is marketed to use between washes but I use this on wash days as an extra step. It is a total game changer for me. I apply to my scalp and use the scalp massager for 5 minutes, then pile my hair up on top of my head and put on a shower cap. I leave it on for at least an hour before hopping in the shower to wash and condition. No more itchy scalp! Feels squeaky clean and refreshed. I only wash my hair once a week and this keeps scalp buildup to a minimum. I've already gone through the first bottle, so I wish the bottle was bigger but just set it up to auto-ship monthly.

Product smells good however, it made my scalp so oily throughout the day after I applied on the previous night after shower.
