Ateco brand cake decorating products never let me down. This is a sturdy spatula with a thin sharp edge, perfect for icing a flawless cake (...in my line of work that's important!). I agree with all of the other reviews about the label being stuck to this spatula with a super-adhesive glue. As of July 2021, the seller hasn't fixed that problem. I was able to remove all of the glue and label by boiling water on my stove and letting the end of the spatula with the label sit in it for 3-5 minutes. Most of the label peeled off (with some force). I was able to remove the small bit of glue residue by reinserting the end back into the boiling water and rubbing the area in question. Just a couple of minutes, and the label and glue was completely removed. In my "professional" opinion, running it under hot water would take a LOT longer.
