I started taking these for pain in my neck. However the first noticeable benefit was the anxiety that I've been having in the evenings has almost gone away. This happened the first evening after I took the capsule in the morning. I believe it's also helping with the pain. I bought this brand because it is vegan.

Only issue I had is the smell of the capsule but this is expected with all herbal items. So far great product

Thank you for asking , this product seems to be showing positive results even after only taking for 10 days, not sudden jolts , or over amping from some high measure , so we will see in the long term , but at this time I can say this product has provided me with positive up tick

There is something wrong with this product. It smells and tastes disgusting. But of course it's not returnable, so it will be tossed out....money wasted. This should not be sold by Amazon.

I dislike because it is unable to be used due to the offensive odor. It is spoiled.

I have been taking Sam E for a few years, since reading one of Dr. Daniel Amen's books on ADHD. Of course I think I have all seven types after reading the symptoms of each type. But, I also hear it common to think you might have something if you read symptoms. Anyway, the Sam E I've been using with great success is the Jarrow 400 mg blister packs. They have made a difference in my over all mental attitude, steady daily productivity, and less scattered distraction. I like it. I saw this product and was curious to try it, because I did try another brand when Jarrow was sold out at one time, and tried Doctor's Best, I didn't feel the same results and was able to go back to Jarrow and returned to a more steady state.I've been using this product for only a week, so it's hard to say how effective it is, but I can say I don't feel a slump and the supplement is not seeming to give me any headache or stomach issues. There is a strange smell however and the product is loose in a jar, no protective blister pack. I've not looked up the reason for the blister packs, but usually it has something to do with stability. So I do wonder about that and if this capsule has some sort of new technology. I don't know.The value seems competitive for online ordering. I must say that I'll have to update after another week or two, but the smell is not pleasant and this may be a serious deal breaker when you simply open the bottle.I'm offering a generous 4 stars.

Sam-E may have potential benefits, including joint, liver, and even mood benefits. I take this on an empty stomach before working out as part of my pre-workout supplements.Based on previously taking SAM-E, this does have the characteristic smell of SAM-E, so it seems to be legitimate, although the company doesn't specifically mention third-party testing.This seems to be good SAM-E for a decent price.
