I have coarse and curly hair which is a recipe for disaster as far as ingrown hairs are concerned. After shaving, within a couple of days I would always have neck hairs curling back into the skin or growing in awkward directions causing irritation and red spots/pimples. I knew it was the hair causing it because 9 times out of 10 there would be a hair growing directly in the center of the spot, or the hair would be growing back into my neck and poking into the skin causing irritation. I tried different shaving gels and razors but nothing worked. My face is generally 95-100% clear at all times, but I would always end up with anywhere from 1-2 to 10 or more red dots/pimples on my neck. It was really frustrating and a bit embarrassing because they stood out so much. However, this product has been a life saver. I've only been using it about 10 days or so, but I have seen SO MUCH improvement. For the first few days, I used it twice as day as directed in order the clear up existing spots.
