Very strong product
It's a little bit too strong for my taste. And also the alcohol used to dissolve the resin seems to be too strong (again, for my taste). I wouldn't recommend the dosage of two droppers stated in the instructions.

Doesn’t seem right to me…..
Just received this product yesterday, but the expiry date is June 2022 which is one month later, that means I am meant to finish it in about one month time or so.What’s more, on its product description it states: One month supply - 30 full pipettes. Dosage: 1 full pipette per day. Athletes can take two to three full pipettes per day. Whereas on the bottle it says: 2-3 full pipette into a drink of your choice. Athletes: 3-6 pipette per day. Confusing, huh??The taste of it seems a bit strange, sort of like wood, can’t say either pleasant or unpleasant, but acceptable.Ok fine, not for me anyway.

No noticeable change
I haven’t noticed any suggested long list of benefits what so ever after finishing the bottle. Also the dosage is confusing- bottle says one thing, amazon description says another thing..

Potential long term benefits but a tad too expensive for me.
The media could not be loaded. Shilajit! A strange and mystical black liquid with a less-than appealing name and magical attributes ascribed by some. The instructions advise that you drop a full pipet amount into a drink and my first impression of this black stuff is that it looks most unedifying. The smell is somewhat reminiscent of coal-tar and the taste was rather like drinking creosote (obvious note; I have never actually drunk creosote but it’s how I image it might taste). Quite unpleasant at first but, oddly, after a week or two I started to rather enjoy the taste. There is a lot of information to be found online regarding the origins, history, efficacy, benefits and side-effects of shilajit, much of which has been backed by serious research. As with most naturally occurring supplements, it really is not possible to assess the efficacy in the short term and as I have only been regularly consuming this for a few weeks I am unable to report any significant or proven benefit. Having said that, I do seem to be more focused, less stressed and more energetic than I have for a while and I’m sleeping better. However, this may be just co-incidence or even wishful thinking, what I can say is that I have not experienced any unwelcome side-effects so it does not seem to be doing me any harm. My wife has been advised not to take this as she has an iron intolerance and there is some evidence that shilajit can increase iron levels. One of the many claimed attributes is that it may “improve bedroom performance” I’ve been eagerly waiting for an opportunity to test this out but it doesn’t seem likely any time soon!Potentially this could be very beneficial in the long term but, at the recommended dose, I think this may prove too expensive, for me at least.
