Very easy to swallow with no after taste. Helps reduce inflammation in my knees & other joints. It also raises my immune system to prevent colds & flus. I haven’t had a cold in well over a year. Great product.

Been dealing with pronounced (and worsening) lumbar pain for over a year. My PT believes it’s early AS, but the doctors shrug and say the damage on the x-ray is too small for a referral to a rheum, because it could be “wear and tear” at 36. I’m pretty crunchy anyway and bought myself a litany of other homeopathic anti-inflammatories, with mild results. Then found this and read a few reviews on how it had helped some folks with RA. No joke, I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks now and am sleeping through the night and can almost, almost pick back up my easy exercise regimen after 8 months of incapability (a very hard thing for me, as I was incredibly active). Give this stuff a try. It’s fantastic. It’s slowly giving me my life back.

A couple of days after I started taking the tumeric, my arthritis pain got WORSE, but thought that may have been from the weather. A couple of days after that, the pain started to lessen. Now after almost two weeks, the pain, while not gone, no longer limits my activities (mostly). A surprise is that the pain in my knee, injured in a car accident over 20 years ago, is also a lot less than it's been in a long time. Again, I'm not sure if it's the tumeric or the weather, but I'll keep taking the supplement, partially because I like the addition of zinc and Vitamin D to the tumeric.

This seems like a fine product. I have been taking them a few months now. Do I feel a difference? Hard to say. I am not a Doctor or anything close but I went with this brand because I thought they looked like what I needed.

These capsules are easy to swallow. I don’t know if I actually feel a change in my body, I am just hoping that it helps my gut health.

Was purchasing my turmeric/ginger from the US. Glad to find one in Aus.Been using for just over a month & happy with the results. With BMVINVOL I only have to take one capsule instead of the two I was taking. Price is good too.

Turmeric supplements were recommended for joint pain. Iv only Been taking these for 2 weeks so unable to give yes or no. However only having to take 1 capsule a day is good, no after taste. Plus these have the added benefit of other good ingredients. Great price

I got this after reading about the effects turmeric supplements can have on hot flashes during perimenopause and menopause.It's hard to rate a supplement because so often it's difficult to tell if it is in fact helping or if it's the life changes you've made in order to deal with the situation. But I have to say. The suffocating explosion of heat, that would knock me and have me reaching for a fan or running to a cold shower. Has diminished since I started taking these. I still have an occasional flash. But it's not as bad and rather than 6+ times a day. It's more once or twice a week. I feel like I can function. And if these are contributing to that change. I'm going to keep taking them.
