I bought these for the purpose of a portable Curl Bar. And it's really good. I stuff them in my bag and use them on the go, while at work or weekend get a ways. The bands seem pretty durable ND do not seem proned to snap. It's only been a few weeks tho, so Maybe I'll update review I'm a few months.So far, I'm quite happy and you can see results quite quickly.

A little over a year of use, 40# Band snapped and broke under normal use. I contacted seller via email, [email protected], and within a few hours they replied offering to send a replacement which arrived within a week. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

Like: I needed the ability to shorten the bands to use for pull downs from an anchor in an 8' ceiling. These are the only ones that I have ever seen with this ability. I shortened them by about 6 inches and they work perfectly for me. I have enough different band sets that I can leave them set up for each exercise that I do so once I set them I no longer need to adjust them. The adjustment process takes a little trial and error to set as there will be some slippage when performing the adjustment so it is not something that you want to be changing frequently.Dislike: The handles in this set are on the small side. They are barely usable for me as the straps rub my gloved hands in use. I wear medium to large size men's gloves.I have not yet calibrated these bands for their resistance value but I will do eventually as I found that it is needed for every band set brand that I have ever acquired. I have actually had a 40lb band have a significantly higher measured resistance value than the 50lb band from the same set! I do this with a digital fishing scale and measure the resistance at the 2.5 x stretch value. Then write the value on a zip tie tag and apply to the band.

Have two of theirs, both ends have adjusters on them.We've all had broken bands around & there are four brands out their to continue using cut bands.Dunhams Sporting Goods may carry a repair kit to make factory type repair on ends cut by metal grommets.

There are plenty of resistance bands for sale. What attracted me to this set is the ability to adjust the length of the bands for my personal use. I had another set of bands but for some exercises (such as when using the door anchor), I had to stand so far away to get a strong enough tension. But with Kobra bands, I can adjust the length as needed. This is very helpful if you have limited space to exercise.The item description says the "weight load" is up to 250lbs. Not sure how valid that is but so far with 90lbs worth of resistance, the kit seems to be working fine. Looking forward to using this with a new bench that I purchased.

The manufacturer very clearly states the following:“Durable latex: Unlike competitors with hollow bands, your weight bands are constructed from solid, 100% latex that’s tough enough to withstand as much effort as you can deliver.”-This is NOT TRUE. They are HOLLOW tubes. Now- they seem very strong, and able to withstand weight and work: but if you are paying a premium for “solid latex” bands. - these are NOT THEM.

These are high quality good range of exercises and good range of resistance worth the money

I'm looping them around the posts on the bunkbed in my room or using the door anchor, depending on the exercise, and they work very well.It's great that they are easily adjustable and even have measurement markings on the cables if you want to adjust them all to the same size.It would have been nice if they had added a tricep rope to the set, but you can easily buy those individually so it's not a real problem.I would also suggest an option to purchase more cables without doubling the other stuff (door anchor, bag, etc) for people who want to add even more power.Despite those suggestions the product was certainly as advertised and reasonably priced, which is why I'm giving it five stars.

In less than two weeks the 30lbs resistance band has snapped.I bought these for my husband as he was looking for a set that could be length adjustable.He was using them this morning when this one snapped. Very disappointed in spite of all the great reviews.
