Bought it because of my acne. it is not a miracle machine. Diet and skin hydration will help more. its just an extra. I found omega 3 to be key and now that summer is starting I add a thin layer of oil on my face too. what the machine does it exfoliates really well. Imagine you got tanned and the top layer came off and thats about it. Also with the little heads it makes your skin really smooth and nice to the touch. I recommend it for scars or if you just want to glow a little. Had it for almost 4 months now. still works like a charm and it arrived 3 weeks earlier. Hard to say how effective it is. I have some clear patches where scars used to be, most are still there. so its slow and steady wins the race. Customer service was nice to talk to. so 5 stars from me
