I am a ligher sleeper and partner even the quiested snooring can affect my sleep. These are amazing and would recommend to anyone. They fit well and able to sleep on side.

These work really well at blocking out the husbands noisy snoring. Don’t be fooled, they do not block all sounds out completely, low level noise is completely gone but louder sounds are reduced, dulled down almost. If I am awake then I can still slightly hear snoring but it’s far less offensive and allows me to fall asleep. It also stops me being woken when in lighter sleep stages throughout the night. The ear plugs are easy to fit and super comfortable to wear, they stay put all night too. I have quite small ears and often struggle with in ear headphones not fitting but these fit well. I’ve knocked a star off as the colour of these being a semi transparent white means even when clean and washed regularly they discolour really easily which makes them look not very nice.

I have used moldable silicone ball earplugs like Hush Plugz every night for many years but have got concerned about the wastage as they are disposable, even when using them for a few nights. So I thought I would try these as the reviews seem to be consistently good. I followed all the instructions online and seem to have a good snug fit that felt secure and sealed on both ears. The amount of sound blocked is hugely disappointing and nowhere near the amount blocked by the silicone earplugs I have always used, which themselves claim to block less dB than these reusable ones. With the silicone plugs a TV becomes muffled to the point you struggle to make out words, seagulls outside my room vanish into thin air and traffic noise becomes a distant rumble. With these Alpine ones I can hear everything going on, just slightly quieter.

They seem ok they can somewhat block out faint sounds from a distance, but up close sounds or sounds from next door can be heard but some walls are very thin in my home, they are quite comfortable and do not fall out of my ear, they seem to fit all ears quite well, maybe the party ones are better, you can still hear your surroundings but slightly muffled. My neighbour is harassing me with anti social behaviour, screaming and banging and more and that is the reason I purchased them, I also live across from a school and when the kids are in the playground you can only imagine what it sounds like, and they have mostly drowned out that sound but not fully. And that is a distance away. Overall not bad but definitely worth the price.

Have ordered these quite carefully few times now. They are comfortable work great and a brilliant price. Always arrives quickly. Will be buying again for sure in the near future. Happy customer

By far the best & only earplugs I’ll ever buy!

Due to their shape and softness, these are without a doubt the most comfortable earplugs I have tried - especially for a side sleeper. Unfortunately, possibly due to their shape, I find they fail to form a proper barrier which means noise leaks through (I can still hear ceiling fan with these which is fairly quiet, whereas other ones I have completely block that noise out). Despite the lack of noise reduction, I actually find them to still be useful - I use one of these in the ear that rests on my pillow since it is comfortable and due to my ear and the earplug being pressed against a surface, it causes the earplug to create an effective seal and work as it should. In my 'exposed' ear I use a different earplug which actually can form a seal and so reduces noise well (but due to its design it is uncomfortable to use if resting against a pillow). So, I don't recommend buying these for noise reduction, but if you have better earplugs that are uncomfortable to lie on, then these may actually be of use for the 'pillow ear'

My wife becomes a lumberjack in her sleep and can shake the walls with her snoring. I have tried almost every earplug out there and none of them fit my wonky ear canal as well as these! I bought the S size at first but they were much too small and if you size them properly they can get lodged in your ear which admittedly is a little frightening. The M/L size fits perfectly and I’m finally getting a good night sleep. They appear to be designed to specifically block snoring sound frequencies as I can still hear my phone alerts and the dog scratching to go outside. They are easy to use, very comfortable to wear all night, and are easy to clean, which you should do at least weekly. I now carry a pair in my travel bag too. They do become less effective with time (foam gets worn out?) and need to replaced about every 6 months, but a good night’s sleep is well worth the higher cost of these.

Rzeczywiście są super miękkie – nie czuć ich podczas noszenia, można spać na boku. Nawet po piankowych miewałam obolałe uszy, tutaj nie. Wkładanie jest proste, jak już się ogarnie, że ogonki ułatwiające wyjmowanie zatyczek, powinny być skierowane do tyłu. Pewnie dzięki malutkiemu otworkowi, który przez nie przechodzi, nie ma wrażenia przytkania ucha. Czyli full komfort, przynajmniej w moim przypadku. Jeśli chodzi o skuteczność – niby to nie jest pełne tłumienie, ale robią swoją robotę. W nocy nie słychać takich zwykłych odgłosów (otwieranie drzwi, chodzenie, łażące psy), jakichś super głośnych nie miałam okazji przetestować. Noszone w dzień tworzą przytulną aurę. Słychać świat, ale on jest "gdzieś tam". No i super, że można je myć i używać dalej. Piszę opinię po miesiącu używania.

The only earplug that fits my ear! Great noice reduction and ears don’t hurt in the morning. If you have difficulty getting them on, try to hold ear’s top part and lift it up, then with your second hand tuck them in.
