Fairly small sized mug, picture showed up nicely and fit nicely, however they forgot to put on the text i had included which really defeated the purpose of the mug. Great product for price

I got this as a gift for a friend with a picture of her pet that had just passed away. I tested it out before I gave it to her and was not impressed. The picture was oddly placed, parallel of the handle instead of being placed on the side of the mug, which would make more sense. Also, the mug is not well insulated! It was scolding hot to the touch while the picture formed and way after I had emptied it. I had waited maybe 10 minutes before packing it back up, and the mug was still hot and the picture still showing. Cool idea but not well delivered.I gave It as a gift anyway considering it’s the thought that counts. But, I would not want to use the mug personally.

Cup was great, been following cleaning instruction. Today the black coating starto chip, Cups only 2 months old.
