I use these as massage balls - perfect at 4" - and cheaper than the Yamuna brand name products sold for $15 each. For $26 I got 6 balls or just less than $5 each! Two for home - two for work - and two for my niece who is an RMT who also loves them.

I use these for self therapy. As a physical therapist, I also recommend them to my patients. They are the perfect size for releasing restrictions in our soft tissue/fascia. I do have to add that this is the first time I have ordered these from Amazon and all them actually took air. On the past some of the seals have been bad and they deflated.

Best Therapy Balls
I've bought these Sportime balls several times for my clients to help release soft tissue restrictions. Excellent for low back (not on spine), glutes, IT band, quads and psoas. Very durable and easy to inflate when needed. I also appreciate that there no chemical odor. Love the colors too. Will continue to buy the 6 pack and sell to my clients!
