I bought this to use with Arduino microcontrollers. It works well in the breadboard and also when soldered to other components as it's already tinned. The box is also useful for storing the cables on their reels, making it easier to cut the required length. As a bonus the tie wraps and heat shrink tubes are really useful. Haven't tried the cutter/stripper as I already have specific tools for those purposes.

The quality of this wire is good but it is not 22awg. 22 awg = 0.64156 dia. This is about 0.57mm dia nearer 23awg. I bought some solid core 22awg from ebay and this was about 23awg as well! So it looks like there is some issue here. Anyway not critical for what I want to do because the current rating is within the limits I am working to. But it may be an issue for you.

Perfectly decent little kit containing some useful little extras.... ....and the terrible yellow cutter / stripper.For the money, this was perfect for me. Reasonable quality wire in six colours, some handy shrink-wrap tubbing and some coloured tie-wraps. You can bin the stripping tool straight-away unless you want to practise new swear-word combinations.

really useful pack which I have used to rewire various components on my motorbike. comes with all you need to do the job. wire is very thin gauge and perhaps would buy thicker next time but it has done the job fine

Just what I wanted for my model railway hobby. Good wire, easy to strip insulation, Handy cable ties and a useful stripping too. All in a dispenser box. A bit smaller than I imagined but is exactly what it promised to be. Excellent!

This is excellent for soldering . It tinned well and the silicone means the basic insulation doesn't shrink back. Its very flexible and good for the prototypes I make.

Needed some wire for a project, being able to have a selection of colours to hand in a tidy little box works great.
