Morton's the Cookbook: 100 Steakhouse Recipes for Every Kitchen

I am a carnivore and I especially love steak. I have never been to a Morton's but decided to get this book to see if I could make steakhouse quality dinners at home. I have tried a few of the recipes and all I can say is WOW! Delicious; spice combinations I had never thought to try on steak are spot-on. Easy to follow recipes and full color photos make this the best steak cookbook I have bought so far. I used to religiously use McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning (which I love on steak) but thanks to this cookbook I am now adding spices I'd never tried before on steak. If you are a steak lover and want to explore cooking steakhouse flavors at home you must buy this cookbook, you will love it!

Morton's is one of my favorite restaurants, and I couldn't pass up the chance to have some of their recipes to try at home. This cookbook has plenty of high quality photos of the food to go along with the recipes, and it's a great addition to my cookbook collection.

I usually rely on the internet for recipes but because you can't find them online I bit the bullet and purchased this book...it was WELL worth it. I have made 8 of the recipes thus far and have been pleased so far, the blue cheese french fries are AWESOME and so easy to make.

Well written cookbook. Recipes are easy to follow. If you have champagne tastes and a beer budget, this is a great cookbook to have. Purchased from pacaritambobooks - arrived on time, well packed.

Delivery was kind of slow but the book itself is great. It provides a lot of info for the novice cook. Just like any cookbook, there always seems to be more receipes then my skill set can handle. I'm glad I have this book though.
