OKI 44469802 Toner Cartridge, 5K Yield, Black

This toner cartridge arrived without any difficulty and likewise was installed and working properly within minutes. The quality of the prints is acceptable (looks fine to me) but I am disappointed at the yield. This product was supposed to yield roughly 5000 pages. I have not printed even half of that amount since replacing the cartridge and the printer is already reporting that it needs to be replaced. Shaking the cartridge does not help like in other printer models and cartridges I've had. Oh well.

Didn't get ANY more copies out of a 5K than I have been getting out of 3.5K cartridges. Not worth the additional money.

When our new printer said it was getting low on toner, we went right online to buy a replacement. We bought this toner, after looking around a lot, for our OKI C330dn color printer. The reviews suggested that it is less per page to buy this bigger 5k yield toner. So we bought it, having seen that it's compatible with the C330 series.It arrived finet, albeit in a HUGE box for such a small product. It sat on our shelf for a month, until our new printer actually ran out of ink. Because it was new printer for us, we didn't realize how long it would take for the ink to go from "low, buy more toner" to actually empty.Of course we were in the middle of a huge, time sensitive project with the ink ran out. No worries, we already had new toner, right? WRONG! this large output toner is also a twice the dimensions. It seemed to fit, but was not recognized by the printer computer. It just wasn't compatible, and was therefore worthless. Of course, we realized this too late to return it (remember, we mistakenly bought it much earlier than needed). So now we have a nearly 100$ box of regret. We tried to sell it to the reuse toner companies, but they would only give us 5$.Point of the story: BE VERY CAREFUL! Buy ink based on what your particular owners manual shows. It's worth the time to dig out the manual and look it up. This ink is NOT compatible with the C330dn printer..

It's the real deal. Works perfectly in a C531dn printer. There is every indication that it is a real OKI product.

The product I received was NOT the genuine toner although when it was ordered the description said it was genuine. I have requested a refund since this toner does not work in my Oki Data printer!! Wishing the description were honest.

OKI has lost a customer. Doing routine maintenance, I replaced the drum of our c530dn and ALL remaining color toner was consumed by the new drum. OKI refused to reimburse and admitted their drum primer cartridges only barely pre-fill the new drum. Which means your old drum, full of toner, is to be written off as a loss. Poor design. Poor customer service.
