The packaging is eye catching and the mascara is just as nice. When it comes to this mascara, the magic is in the bristles. Without much effort, I can generously coat my lashes with mascara. It doesn't clump, not does it leave residue. I'd you want to try something new, or in the market for a mascara, I highly recommend.

Good product but smears very easily

This mascara gives my lashes great length and lift with just one coat. It separates well and doesn’t flake during the day. I like how natural it looks while still adding definition. Am I crazy or is it covered in tiny cotton strings? I received in the mail yesterday and opened it today to use. I took the wand out and say strings hanging from it. Pulled them, they're all like 0.5-1 inch long. Looks like a cotton ball or q tips was rubbed into the wand and/or formula. Doesn't look like a falsies-type of mascara with the strings THAT long. Is it contaminated? Whats happening?
